Exchanges and replacements
If you experience issues with your purchase notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delayed delivery or undelivered orders
If you do not receive an order or it has been delayed over the expected time frame. please email us at kristen@Bluestoneriver.com and we will assist you with the issue.
Our products are personalized and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Refunds will only be issued if there is an error on your order. If your order is incorrect, you will need to take photos of the error and we will refund if the error is our fault by looking at your photos and order and comparing the information. Please review your order carefully before purchasing to make sure you selected what you want and check your spelling for personalization. (we copy and paste directly from your order).
We can never guarantee cancellation after an order has been placed. Orders are fulfilled quickly and most products have personalization, therefore once made we will not cancel. Once the order has been processed or shipped we can no longer cancel it. If the order has not been processed yet, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time (could take up to a month) before a refund is posted to your bank or credit card account. In our experience, it is perfectly normal.

Refused, Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please check your shipping address carefully to ensure it is accurate. We do not retype your shipping address, what you type is automatically put on the shipping label.
